# Bitrix24 WhatsApp Integration

First, if you have any questions feel free to contact our support: <https://t.me/inCRM_support_bot>

Only users with paid Bitrix24 plans can integrate with InCRM.

1. To access the Bitrix24 Marketplace, use this link — it leads to our application, or search for "inCRM" in the Bitrix24 Marketplace.
2. Click "Install". This can only be done by a user with Bitrix24 account administrator rights. If the account administrator changes, the integration will stop working and will need to be reinstalled.
3. Click "Install" again.
4. Check two boxes and click "Install".
5. Click "Open Application" → inCRM's personal account will open in Bitrix24
6. Register in inCRM.
7. A simple interface will open where you can add a WhatsApp channel for messaging.
8. Click "add channel".
9. Scan the QR code with your mobile phone using the WhatsApp application.
10. Select the desired open line from the dropdown list.
✅ Done — you've integrated WhatsApp with Bitrix24.

If you want to be the first to send a message to an existing contact in CRM via WhatsApp: go to CRM -> Select the needed contact -> go to SMS/WhatsApp -> click "more details" and choose "inCRM" service -> Write your message in the "enter SMS message text" field and click "send". After this, a new dialogue in Open Lines will be created so you can contact your customer via WhatsApp with Bitrix Open Lines.
